What is CDMF?
  • Text-to-music generation with a sleek, understandable UX
  • LoRA training UI for custom vibes and specific genres
  • Vocal / instrumental stem control
  • Dataset tagging & tools
  • Runs entirely on your machine
  • A growing assortment of pretrained "plug and play" LoRA packs that you can download and drop in place

Key features

Text-to-music engine

Built on ACE-Step, tuned for fantasy, lo-fi, and chiptune-style background music. Prompt in plain English and export high-quality WAV files.

LoRA training, built in

Train your own LoRA adapters on curated datasets to create signature sound packs, stylistic presets, or project-specific vibes.

Stem control

Integrated stem separation lets you rebalance vocals and instrumentals, or render instrumental-only versions of generated tracks.

Local-first by design

No cloud GPU credits, no uploads. CDMF embeds its own Python runtime and manages a virtual environment on first launch.

Listen to sample tracks

A few example vibes generated with Candy Dungeon Music Forge.

Note that it DOES often take some tinkering and playing with knobs to get "perfect" songs. Local music generation is still a developing field, but once you've practiced keying in on the best settings and word arrangement, getting songs like these to generate is easy and enjoyable.
